ColorTRU provides the most cost effective and production friendly alternative to painting and laminating as the system automatically transfers solid color and wood grain foil to vinyl profiles.
With unlimited graphic, color and design capabilities, ColorTRU's foils are comprised of multiple layers of material that, unlike vinyl wrap technology, do not interfere in any way with the welding process. The machine automatically transfers the foil, while heat and pressure fuse it to the vinyl.
This process ensures no de-lamination and no trimming of excess, an instant cure and immediate processing of parts.
ColorTRU's transfer process also eliminates the need and use of Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) for cleaning. And, because there is no separate adhesive process, there is no mess.
Its design is modular, thus allowing you to add processing stations sequentially to increase throughput as your demand grows. From a single pass station or multiple foiling stations for processing, there's quick changover from profile to profile and color to color in minutes.
