Stainless Steel Washer

The Stainless Steel washer, paired with water purification systems (AquaSave and AquaFresh), removes impurities from cut glass before it is fed into an IG assembly system.

The oven and roll press heats IGs from the assembly system in order to cure the sealant and permanently join the 2 pieces of glass with the spacer.

CleanCut™

CleanCut 1700 and 1800 Series glass cutting and edge deletion tables take glass sheets and cut them according to shape schedules using glass optimization software. A breakout table allows the operator to separate the cut glass from the edge deleted glass and then transfer them to a slotted IG cart.
