GED Building New Headquarters in Northeast Ohio

Glenwillow, Ohio – June 13, 2017 | At a groundbreaking ceremony held Thursday, June 8, 2017, officials of GED Integrated Solutions (GED) announced their plans to relocate and build a new 133,000 sq. ft. facility in the Village of Glenwillow, Ohio. 

GED is a 40-year-old global leader in the design and manufacture of fully-integrated insulating glass and vinyl window and door fabrication and software systems that serve the window and door manufacturing industry throughout North America and Europe.  The company is presently located in Twinsburg, Ohio. 

After an extensive search with attractive offers from numerous municipalities both within and outside of the State of Ohio, GED committed to keeping its new state-of-the-art global headquarters in northeast Ohio.  The building is scheduled for move-in by December of 2017.   

GED President and CEO, Bill Weaver, states “GED is committed to partnering with our customers by providing them with automation solutions aimed at increasing their product quality, expanding their operational capacity and ultimately helping to reduce their overall manufacturing costs.  This new location will accommodate these goals as well as facilitate GED’s continued growth.”
