BACKGROUND: GED Integrated Solutions is a 40-year-old global leader in the design and manufacture of fully-integrated insulating glass and vinyl window and door fabrication and software systems that serve the window and door manufacturing industry throughout North America and Europe. Due to continued growth and the need for expansion, GED conducted an extensive search for a new headquarters facility. While attractive offers from numerous municipalities both within and outside of the State of Ohio were forthcoming, GED was committed to keeping its new state-of-the-art global headquarters in northeast Ohio. The new headquarters will be ready for move-in by December of 2017.
